Before coming to DeChalet I tried several local establishments and was surprised at how "unprofessional" they were or how inexperienced the people cutting hair were. Perhaps inexperience is a better way to "put it." Regardless, when I walked in the stylist were busy but the woman sitting in the chair, a customer, convinced me to wait. She said she came all the way from Wilmington, DE to get her hair done by Charlotte because she was the best. Truly it was good advice. I have been getting my hair cut there ever since.
