It's constantly an issue at this particular restaurant. Rarely do I fill out surveys for fast food but I've had to do it 5 times in the last 2 years here. It's the closest McDonald's to me and I will be traveling to the next closest location from here on out until I know the place is under new management.

I live in the area and for over two years now, every time I attempt to get a cone, I am told the same story that "It's a little soft, can we put the cone in a cup?". Hello!!! Really, a cup and spoon while driving!!
Please explain how one of the busiest fast food stores in the state can not fix or replace it's soft serve ice cream machine.
Drive thru line takes entirely too long. Upwards of 15 minutes. More people need to be hired or perhaps trained properly too ensure faster service
It's strange how I never had bad service here. I will say I come late when I do, so service is better. Usually at night when I've been there, the workers were nice and polite. Food is always good to.
Like I said..... two plus years now that this BS has been going on. Fix it already.
