Very Unprofessional Paint Trainer name Rob the place it self is fine. My worst place of job experience so far. The fact that the painter cus me out in front of my face. I couldn’t handle but leave with NO NOTICE!! I was hoping to stay for a month, but nope ain’t happening!! Felt really uncomfortable around that dou@@bag!!!
Had repeated issues with my car but the service manager did rectify the issue. I had to go back three different times to pick up the car due to issues I found in the paint. Make sure you inspect it very carefully, and don't let them pressure you into accepting sub standard work.
My vehicle was in about two weeks ago for an insurance repair. My representative Josh and the manager Joe were very helpful and kind. The communication process was clear and timely. They coordinated everything with State Farm on my behalf. Should I have any collision needs in the future there is no doubt where I am taking my car. Thanks Caliber!
Best place I've ever gotten my vehicle repaired and if I ever need work again i will be returning. They kept me up to date the whole time. When I finally got my vehicle it was like it was brand new again and completely detailed. The customer service and management is very friendly and they made everything so simple. HIghly recommend.
