Best Dentist I've ever had! Been a patient of hers for 8 years and I wouldn't want anyone else working on my teeth.
Dr. Packer and her staff insisted that my 14 y.o. daughter needed prescription mouthwash for her gums. We used it for 1 mo., and it turned my daughter's teeth black around the gum line. We were horrified and thought it was decay. It took us 5 days and a visit to the ortho. to realize it was the mouthwash. When called Dr. Packer to ask why she hadn't told us about this "side effect", were told that this is normal for teeth to blacken and not to worry because dentist could clean it off. Can't believe they sold us something that turns my kid's teeth black, and didn't warn us about it!!!
The staff is always courteous, professional, and friendly. The cleanliness is paramount, always a freshly opened pack of tools. Dr. Packer is the best dentist I have ever had, and I have gone to over half a dozen. Soft enamel has plagued my mouth with several cavaties over the years, and some dentists I question whether I was just another payday. Dr. Packer truly cares for each and every one of her patients like they are family. She'll tell you honestly what needs to be done and why. She'll also make sure all work is done as painlessly as possible, even if this means taking more time to administer additional numbing. I trust her and her practice implicitly. I highly recommend them.
DR PACKER AND HER STAFF ARE THE BEST, THEY SQUEEZED ME IN THE SAME MORNING I CALLED FOR AN ABSCESSED TOOTH AND SWOLLEN JAW. THE DR. AND STAFF PUT ME AT EASE WITH THEIR KINDNESS. I WAS VERY NERVOUS AND HADN'T BEEN TO A DENTIST IN 15 YEARS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DIDN'T JUDGE. I WAS GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS AND SQUEEZED IN AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING FOR AN EXTRACTION. IT ALL WENT SMOOTHLY AND IT DEFINITELY WAS THE BEST DENTIST APPT I EVER HAD. I HAD NO PAIN DURING EXTRACTION AND IT WAS OVER BEFORE I KNEW IT. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAD SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE THAT I FELT COMPELLED TO SHARE. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT PACKER FAMILY DENTISTRY AND HOW EASY THEY MAKE IT, I WOULDN'T HAVE WAITED SO LONG TO SEE THE DENTIST. THANKS DOC.
