Very great staff!! So much better than the experience I had at the other Verizon Wireless location in havre friends grace.
Topnotch customer service! I came into this location 2 days ago to pay my Verizon bill, and Robert promptly greeted me, and began pulling up my account information. I figured that it would be a quick transaction. However, he noticed that my bill was much higher than it should have been, and insisted that we dig further. He spent almost an hour of his time to find me a solution, without me even asking! This guy deserves a raise, and truly knows what customer service is! I am, once again, a happy verizon wireless customer! Thank you, Robert! I will be returning, and spreading the word throughout the community!
Just upgraded to an iPhone 8 and the sales reps at Verizon were awesome! Nick and helped me and John helped me the other day, Thank you all for your time.. They were all very helpful and I’m very happy with my new iPhone
Had to stop today for some technical help. I travel frequently for work and had some questions about WiFi calling. The tech was extremely helpful and even went as far as setting everything up for me on my phone and explaining how it worked. It's nice to deal with a group of guys who really knows what customer service is! I would highly recommend this store and it's people for all your cellular needs. Keep up the great work.
Oh my goodness! John is the absolute best! We talked some before I made the trip and I switched from the note 4 to a S8+. He is extremely helpfully and answered all my questions! Definitely recommend the hour drive just to see him!
