our first time out there, took awhile to find it very nice area but when we got there it was not open.not what we drove 3 hours for! very disappointing not sure if we will go back to long a drive
Good place for a hike. Now have live animals.
First of all, the Steppingstone Farm Museum is "Sunday Family Drive" material for sure! I found this beautiful place by luck. Last year, I was looking for a place to take my grand daughter to celebrate the autumn season and get a hayride and pumpkin. For only $10 per adult and children under 12 FREE, on Sept 23rd and 24th from 11am-4pm, you get to see apple cider pressing & butter making, pumpkin painting, scarecrow making, hayrides, craft vendors, demonstrations of historical trades, live bluegrass music, food, kids activities & more! Bathrooms are at a premium and there is a lot of walking that isn't very stroller friendly but those with disabilities can sit and take a break before having to get up to walk to the next display. There are events all year long so look at the website and ENJOY!!!
Attended a fundraiser for rescue animals and was the first time I have been here. The property is beautiful! So clean and the views are incredible!
Phenomenal venue for small music festivals, great ambiance and backdrop.
