We take are dog his regular grooming. They are always so friendly, and do a great job. They also have very convenient hours
We brought our dog for grooming last week it was my first time here and it was a big mistake, he came back traumatized and with a dislocated knee. The groomer refused to tell us what happened to the dog, she was arrogant and condescending and completely unapologetic. The vet says the injury may be permanent. Never go here the injury was bad enough but the attitude of the staff is completely unacceptable
I will never bring my dog here ever again. When I picked up my boy he was scared and had peed on himself. And the groomer told me he has a bladder infection. I took him to the vet and was told after having to pay for unneeded tests and paying for a vet visit that he was Fine! And also they told me things like this happen when they are scared or not treated well when getting groomed. Regardless of that situation I honestly hope that not a single hand was raised anyone’s dog. If you think a animal is going to be weird about certain areas for cutting and grooming use a muzzle. Please do not use any kind of bad physical treatment.
Excellent job done. Prior to going here, my toy poodle would be traumatized for days and always came back with some kind of nick or cut (sometimes bad enough to be glued). I had even been charged many times because he was difficult and one place even muzzled him! Not here. He comes out handsome and wagging his tail.
My little Bichon Frise, Teddy, just looked amazing when they were done with him. He looked like a brand new dog. They did a fabulous job!
