Dunkin Donuts Mason most wonderful mocha iced mocha oh I love it I go there once in a great while to have one and it is so good
Store was clean , our order made perfectly and the young man taking our order was very helpful while trying to decide ice cream flavor. ( Is a Dunkin/ Baskin location) . He was also very knowledgeable in many areas regarding store as we witnessed him assist others including helping a woman figure out how to use her Dunkin App.Great job all around.
Poor service, the drive thru associate was horrible! Slow as hell and couldn't understand our order. Messed up all 3 of our drink orders. I ordered a banana mango smoothie and it was gross tasted like straight sugar, first time ordering that so I'm not sure if it was made wrong but I definitely won't be ordering that or going to there again.
The staff is overall friendly and quick. However,I would recommend the mobile app and ordering ahead. Cuts around 3 or 4 minutes off your wait.
A lot of the items I ordered on the menu they were out if stock on, now I understand stuff happens but when I literally try to order the tuna melt on a croissant, then a chicken salad melt on a croissant, then finally ordered a chicken bacon on a cibata then got no bacon it just made me upset. I'm not one to ask for a remake or money back to possibly be disappointed a second time. Not happy at all.
