I would give it to 3 but they got a new person in the kitchen that don't impress me nice little place if they would fix it up a little better it would be a great place but everywhere is having problems even years ago when they were doing better you can't let the police come in to see who drinking like a fish let him text him when you go out the damn door and get in a car I go in that place I don't drink except Coke so if you go anywhere in Havre de Grace be careful cuz the four cops don't have nothing to do but the fool your ass over for drinking I guess you deserve to be pulled over so they are just doing their job and I hope they catch everybody they can that's drunk but I didn't like him coming in the bar to see who's drinking and then we'll have to do it anymore but they're running the during bar operator out of business that I don't agree on it but they won't have to come in there anymore cuz there's nobody in there so what happens in a small town is you better not drive drunk and they will get you haha hopefully you will get caught the food is good like I said once in awhile plenty of pool leagues if you want to play pool
