Office staff is unorganized, they could care less if they mess up on scheduling. I always have an issue with referrals being received to the point that one time the office was not receiving faxes because they did not have toner. Who has time for all that nonsense?
First of all, Dr. Marks has horrendous and "old school" bedside manner, using scare tactics. When I said something knowledgeable, he asked if I was a nurse. Should that matter?! Then he recommended ear tubes, tonsillectomy, and adenoidectomy surgeries for my 6 yr old who has NOT had frequent infections. Fortunately he sent us to our General Practitioner for a pre-op who seriously disagrees with a surgical approach. He just has allergies! Shouldn't an ENT know what allergies look like and try to kick those first before putting a child under anesthesia?!?! DON'T GO TO THIS JERK!!!
Dr. Marks is extremely educated and helpful. He diagnosed my problems that no other ENT could for over two years! The ladies at the front are wonderful as well :)!
