Great food, great service. The sushi here tastes better and more fresh than the local sushi restaurant, Johnny's Sushi House, not to mention, better priced. Fun and enjoyable atmosphere and I cannot emphasize how good the food is.
This place was much better than I anticipated. We found this place by quick search when other place was packed. The interior is nice and clean, the service was quick even tho it was little hard to communicate. Food was hit or miss, some were terrible some were pretty good. Their hibachi grill was fun to watch and pretty good quality. Also we didn't mention it to the staffs but they overheard we are celebrating a birthday and they brought out complimantary ice cream with happy birthday written on with chocolate, which was tasty. They sang a birthday song with Chinese drum as well. Overall it was fun and good experience.
After returning from our trip to Japan, my husband and I have found Lin's Hibachi to have the most comparable sushi and sushi rolls to what we tasted while we were away. They are always friendly and their fish is always fresh. With two full pages of special rolls you can't go wrong.
The downsides were the wait from ordering to prep beginning seemed a little long. Also, the decor was very typical of the genre, and a little rough at the edges.
Very good food and the staff was top notch! By far the coolest restraunt atmosphere in the county. We were seated quickly but that was probably a bit of luck. Calling ahead is recommended. The choice of noodles or rice was a pleasant surprise and the noodles were very good.
Had a fun office lunch. Chef was entertaining, although I didn't really see any "new to me" techniques. The food was cooked quickly and tasted good.
